Process vessels play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, longevity, and reliability of the production process like Media Preparation, Buffer Preparation, Inactivation, Mixing etc. These vessels serve many purposes in the manufacturing industry such as dosing, storage, compounding and holding with necessary required accessories. Piping skid to maintain process parameter like CIP, ESIP, FSIP, temperature, backpressure etc.
- Vessel Specification - Jacket/ limpet/ pillow jacket, hot and cold Insulation, SS Cladding, zero dead leg, proper slope and drainability, minimum surface roughness value as per the standard, Spray ball coverage for better cleanability, built to withstand rigorous processing conditions, facilitating efficient and hygienic operations, aesthetic skid to ease of operation and maintenance.
- Capacity: 2 L to 100KL
- Precise Control and Monitoring of Process Parameter: Automated control of agitation, temperature, pressure, pH, DO, level, feed/Inlet and other factors of the system with advanced sensors and integrated software to ensure optimal conditions.
- Data: PLC based control system for monitoring, controlling, recording, archival and backup (21 CFR part 11, GAMP4/5) etc.
- Instrumentation and control panel specification: Non FLP, FLP, ATEX Zone 21 /22, IECEX etc.
- Documentation: DQ, IQ, OQ, manufacturing documents and certificates, third party certification of the systems as per the requirement.
- Safety Sentinels: Alarms and interlocks to ensure operator safety.
